This is working as of Sunday, Decemmber 07, 2008.
What you need:
* Cheat Engine 5.4
* tgs bypass 1.1
* Xsimple01X's bypass
Instruction:
Step 1) Download Cheat Engine 5.4 if you haven't already. (Cheat Engine 5.4)
Step 2) Copy those hackshield_bypass.flt and hsupdate.flt files and put them in your C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\mss folder.
Step 3) Go to C:\Nexon\Combat Arms\HShield folder and rename HSUpdate.exe folder to HSUpdate123.
Step 4) Go open CA, click game start, click OK on the pop up that says "Bypass made by Xsimple01X".
Step 5) Play at least 1 full game of combat arms without the speedhack.
Step 6) After you did step 5, then go to the lobby in ca, press alt+tab, open cheat engine (vista run as admin). Click on Processes, choose Engine.exe, click Ok.
Step 7) Click Enable Speedhack and make it 1.9 and set speed.

You are done and enjoy the speedhack, read the known errors below..Known Errors:
Lost connection to the server:
It happens because of the tgs bypass so I guess just go back and do it again. I usually get that error like after 4 full games. Some of you may get that error more often. Here is another way to fix it but you still will get it. If you use TGS 3.0.8, then open settings.ini file and go at the bottom and change it to this.

SpeedHack Detected:
It means that you didn't play enough games without speedhack first, sometimes you might need to play 2 or 3.
Fail to update protection modules!- error code(0x00000000):
It means you didn't put the hsupdate.flt file in the combat arms\mss folder.
It can also mean that you didn't change the HSUpdate.exe into HSUpdate123.
